I had an amazing stay at Playa Park in Puerto del Carmen. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from shops and only a few steps from the beach. The apartment itself was small but had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable lounge with a great TV. The shower was fantastic, the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and there were plenty of English channels to choose from. The host was lovely and provided a warm welcome pack upon arrival. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Puerto del Carmen.

Mind-blowing accommodation in a peaceful location with sunbeds on terrace and clean pool area. Super clean apartment with welcome pack, good TV channels, and great wifi. Amazing shower, full kitchen, and thoughtful fridge supplies. Outdoor dining area, beach access, and sun loungers just steps away. Superb complex with stunning gardens, helpful owner and staff, and can't wait to return!

The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had a lovely terrace with sunbeds and chairs. The pool area was clean, quiet, and had plenty of sunbeds available. The TV had a good range of channels and the wifi was reliable. The welcome pack, including milk, water, beer, and wine, was a nice touch.

My recent stay at a lovely apartment in a peaceful location was just what I needed. The terrace had comfortable chairs and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun without having to venture too far. The pool area was clean and quiet, with plenty of sunbeds available. The apartment was clean on arrival and even had a welcome pack, which was a nice touch. The TV had a good range of channels and the wifi worked well. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.
The only minor drawback was the lack of soap in the bathroom, which I think should be provided as a standard amenity. However, apart from that, everything else was perfect.

had a great time in puerto del carmen, and playa park did not disappoint. cozy bungalow with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couch, and great tv channels. the host was lovely and even left us a welcome pack. pool area was clean and peaceful. couldn't fault it.
Terrace chairs were missing.

We loved the Playa Park apartment in Puerto del Carmen. It had a quiet and peaceful location, with chairs and sunbeds on the terrace for relaxation. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. The apartment was clean, with a welcome pack and a good range of TV channels. The wifi was also good. we couldn't fault it.
Felt fine, nothing too much trouble.
